want to be heard and I
am ready to be their

and it's current city
manager has fostered a
healthy business climate
that has kept and created
jobs in the community.
This has helped to keep
the local economy strong
for everyone.
What the city government
(In my, and the opinion of
other citizens) has not
done effectively, is to
aggressively develop
programs and policies
that directly stimulate
true progressive change.
